Vendor guide
Everything you need to run your listing.
Walang bayad para magsimula.
No jargon, no long forms. If you can send a photo on WhatsApp, you can do all of this. Anything here you cannot work out, message us and we will set it up for you.
Getting started
- 01
Add your listing
3 minutes
Business name, category, city and area, one line about what you sell, and a phone number. That is the whole minimum. You can add everything else later.
- 02
Verify your phone
1 minute
We send a code. Verified listings get a badge and get contacted far more often, because people can see the number is real.
- 03
Add photos and a price list
10 minutes
This is the part that decides whether anyone contacts you. A real photo and honest prices beat a beautiful description every time.
- 04
Add your Touch ’n Go QR
2 minutes
Customers pay you directly. We never touch the money and we take no cut of what you sell.
- 05
Answer fast
ongoing
Your response rate is public. Replying within a few hours is the single biggest thing you control.
Photos — the part that decides everything
The specs
- Shape
- 4:3 (landscape). We crop to 3:4 for the big slots, so leave a little room top and bottom.
- Smallest we accept
- 1200 × 900 pixels
- Best size
- 1600 × 1200 pixels
- File types
- JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC (iPhone)
- Max file size
- 10 MB each
- How many
- 1–8 photos
Do not worry about any of this. Any photo straight from your phone camera is already big enough. We shrink and crop it for you — your 10MB photo becomes about 220KB so it loads fast on cheap data plans.
Do
- Shoot the actual thing you sell — the lechon, the bilao, the shopfront, your hands working.
- Use daylight. Near a window beats any filter, and it costs nothing.
- Fill the frame. One dish close up beats a wide shot of the whole table.
- Wipe the lens first. One second, and it fixes most blurry phone photos.
- Shoot landscape (sideways) for the main photo so nothing important gets cropped.
- Show portion size — put a hand, a spoon or a rice cup in frame so people know what they are buying.
Don’t
- No logos as the main photo. A logo tells nobody what the food looks like.
- No pictures taken from Google or Facebook that are not yours. It is theft, and we remove them.
- No screenshots of other posts or of your own menu image.
- No prices, phone numbers or stickers written on the photo — those belong in the fields, where people can search and tap them.
- No heavy filters that change the colour of the food. People notice when it arrives.
- No photos of other people without asking them first, especially children.
Your Touch ’n Go QR
- Screenshot your Touch ’n Go QR from the app itself, not a photo of a printed one.
- Crop tight to the QR square, keep the white margin around it.
- At least 600px on the short side — small QRs fail to scan.
- No glare, no folds, no fingers over the corners.
- We test that it scans before your listing goes live. If it fails, we message you instead of publishing it.
Where the money goes
Straight to you. The customer scans your QR and pays your account. Meron Dito never holds it, never takes a cut, and cannot refund it — which also means there is no pot of your money here for anyone to run off with.
Agree the price and delivery time in writing on WhatsApp before you cook or travel. That one habit prevents almost every dispute we see.
What to write
Your one line
Say what you sell and when. "Sunday kakanin drop — order by Friday" works. "Quality Filipino food at affordable prices" does not — it could be anyone.
Your prices
Publish the full price including packaging and delivery. Malaysian law requires the real total, and hiding it loses you the customer at the last message anyway.
Your terms
Deposits, cancellations, how much notice you need. Two sentences. This is what protects you when someone changes their mind.
Getting verified
| Badge | What we check | What it costs | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unclaimed | Nothing — we listed you from public info | Free | Found, but no reviews or payment details |
| Phone verified | A code sent to your number | Free | A badge, and far more replies |
| Business verified | SSM registration or a physical premises | Free | The strongest trust signal we give away |
| Verified Partner | Same checks as Business | RM 99/year | Badge, trust-page listing, priority support |
Paying for the Partner badge buys the badge and the placement. It does not buy a better rating, a better review, or a higher position in a search where someone else genuinely matches better.

What gets a listing removed
- Prices that are not the real total, or "delivery fee to be advised"
- Wrong or missing pork / halal status on a food listing
- Photos that are not yours
- Taking deposits and not delivering
- Unlicensed money changing, lending or remittance
- Job posts that do not state the work-pass position
- Vape, controlled substances, unregistered medicines or supplements
- Impersonating another business
We message you before we remove anything, unless it is a scam in progress. If your listing is suspended you can see why, fix it, and ask us to put it back. Suspension is not deletion — your reviews and history are kept.
Mga tanong
Magkano ang bayad? How much does it cost?
Your first two months are free — no card, no trial. After that a listing is RM49 a month, billed every 30 days, and you will be told before the first charge. We never take a percentage of your sales, whatever you are paying: what a customer hands you is yours.
Do you take a commission on what I sell?
No. Never. Customers pay you directly through your own Touch ’n Go, DuitNow or cash. Meron Dito does not hold, process or touch that money at any point, so there is nothing for us to take a cut from.
I work from home. Will people see my address?
Only if you choose. Tick "I work from home" and we show your area only — "Wangsa Maju" rather than your street. Your full address is shared when you send it to a customer yourself, not before.
Do I need a registered business (SSM)?
Not to list. Home cooks, hilot and freelancers are welcome and are most of who is here. You do need registration to get the "Business verified" badge, and you must publish accurate prices and terms either way — that part is the law, not our rule.
How long until my listing is live?
We review every new listing before it appears. Usually under two hours during waking hours. You get a WhatsApp message when it is up.
Someone left an unfair review. Can you delete it?
We do not delete reviews because a vendor dislikes them — that would make every other review worthless. We do remove reviews that break the rules, and only people who actually contacted you can review you in the first place. You can always reply publicly.
Can I list the same business in two cities?
One listing per business. If you genuinely serve both Klang Valley and Johor Bahru, say so in your service area — you will appear in both.
How do I pause my listing when I am away?
Set your opening hours to closed for that period, or message us to pause it. Your reviews and your history stay exactly as they were.
